Branded waybill labels and proof of delivery in one simple tool
Delivery Manager makes a 100 x 150 mm shipping label from the details you type in or read from a screenshot, keeps every parcel in a list you can search and reprint, and lets your drivers scan the parcel, add photos and record proof of delivery. Your brand name sits in the label header and the tracking number is printed as two QR codes.
Access is by invitation. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll set up your account. Already using Import Tracker or Parcel Packer? We can switch Delivery Manager on for the same login.
What is on the label
One portrait label, laid out so a packer or driver can read it at a glance.
| Part of the label | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Header | Your brand name on the left and the postal code in a large box on the right. |
| Delivery to | Recipient name, contact number and the full delivery address with postal code. |
| Tracking and order | A QR code of the tracking number, with the tracking and order numbers beside it. The last five characters are large and bold. |
| Delivery instruction | Your delivery note and the date. |
| Sender | Your brand name, the piece count (1 of 1 PCS) and a second QR code of the tracking number. |
| Page size | 100 x 150 mm, one label per page. |
From order details to printed label, in five steps
- 1
Add the details
Type the recipient, address, postal code, contact number, delivery note, tracking number and order reference. Or paste a screenshot.
- 2
Check the preview
The label updates as you type, so you see exactly what will print.
- 3
Save the parcel
It goes into your parcel list. A tracking number that already exists updates that parcel instead of adding a duplicate.
- 4
Print
Print one label, or tick several in the list and print them together at 100 x 150 mm.
- 5
Find it again
Search the list any time and reprint a label.
Scan, photograph, and show the buyer
Drivers and packers use the Scan POD page on a phone. Every delivery keeps its photos with the parcel, so you can open them from your parcel list at any time.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Scan | Point the camera at the barcode or QR code on the label, or type the tracking number. |
| Photograph | Take up to eight photos, set the delivery time and add a note if you need one. |
| Submit | The parcel shows as Delivered in your list with its photos. You can amend the time, note and photos later. |
| Tell the buyer | Open a WhatsApp chat with the message typed in, then share or download the photos. |

Frequently asked questions
How do I get access to Delivery Manager?
Access is by invitation. Message us on WhatsApp and we will create an account for your business and email you an invitation link to set your password. If you already use Import Tracker or Parcel Packer, we can switch Delivery Manager on for the same login.
I already have an account. Where do I log in?
Log in at singaporefulfilment.com/app/awb with the email and password you set when you accepted your invitation. It is the same login as Import Tracker and Parcel Packer.
What size is the label?
The label is 100 x 150 mm, one label per page, which is the usual thermal label size. Choose your label printer in the print dialog, or choose Save as PDF.
Why are there two QR codes?
Both QR codes contain the tracking number. One sits beside the tracking and order numbers and one in the sender box at the bottom, so a scanner can read the label whichever way the parcel is held.
Can I make labels from a screenshot?
Yes. Paste or drop a screenshot of the order and the details are read for you to check before saving. Each account has a monthly allowance of screenshot reads. You can always type the details in instead.
Can I put my own brand on the label?
Yes. The account owner sets a brand name under Settings. It is printed in the header and as the sender. It is plain text, not a logo.
Who can see my parcels?
Only the logins on your business account that the owner has given access to. Each account’s parcel list is private to that account.
Can my team delete parcels?
No. Team members can create, edit and print labels. Only the account owner can delete parcels, change the brand and choose who has access.
How does proof of delivery work?
Open the Scan POD page on a phone, scan the barcode or QR code on the parcel (or type the tracking number), take up to eight photos and submit. The parcel is marked Delivered with the time, the photos and an optional note. A parcel that is not in your list yet is added with its tracking number.
Can I send the proof of delivery to the buyer on WhatsApp?
Yes, in two taps. Open WhatsApp chat opens a chat with the buyer’s number and a message already typed in, and Share photos sends the photos through your phone’s share sheet. You can also download the photos and attach them yourself. If the buyer’s number is hidden or missing, WhatsApp opens so you can choose the chat. Nothing is sent automatically.
Who can see the delivery photos?
Only the logins on your business account that the owner has given access to. Photos are stored privately and are never public links.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Delivery Manager runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
Ready to print labels and record deliveries?
