Record every parcel with a scan and a photo, and catch mistakes before they ship
Parcel Packer is a parcel log for online sellers and their packers. Scan the tracking barcode with a phone camera, take photos of what went into the box, and have a second person mark each parcel inspected. When a buyer says an item is missing, or a courier says a parcel never arrived, the record and the photos are a search away.
Access is by invitation. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll set up your account. Already using Import Tracker? We can switch Parcel Packer on for the same login.
Packing mistakes are cheap to prevent and expensive to argue about
Once you are sending dozens of parcels a day, memory and chat photos stop being proof. These are the problems Parcel Packer solves for sellers and the people packing for them.
“The buyer says an item was missing”
Without a photo of the open box, it’s your word against theirs, and marketplaces usually side with the buyer.
Fix: photos are taken right after the barcode scan and saved with the parcel, so you can show exactly what was packed.
“Was this parcel ever packed?”
A courier or supplier asks about a tracking number and nobody remembers handling it.
Fix: every parcel is logged with the date, time and the person who recorded it. Type or scan the number to find it in seconds.
“Someone typed the tracking number wrong”
Long tracking numbers copied by hand end up with a missing or swapped digit, and the record is useless.
Fix: scan the barcode with the phone camera instead of typing. A number recorded twice is flagged in the log.
“Wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity”
The packer is rushing, and a mistake is only found when the buyer complains or returns it.
Fix: a second person checks each parcel’s photos and marks it Inspected, stepping to the next parcel with one tap. Uninspected parcels are one filter away.
“Are all 200 parcels on this list done?”
A shop, supplier or courier sends a spreadsheet of tracking numbers and you need to tick them off one by one.
Fix: paste up to 1,000 tracking numbers from Excel at once. You see the ones found and a list of the ones not recorded yet.
“Whose parcels are these?”
Packers handle stock for several shops or clients, and the records get mixed up.
Fix: give each parcel a tag, such as the shop, client or batch. Filter, search and export by tag.
From barcode to checked parcel, in five steps
- 1
Pick the tag
Choose the shop, client or batch you are packing for. It stays selected for the next parcel.
- 2
Scan the barcode
Point the phone camera at the tracking label. The number fills itself in.
- 3
Take the photos
The camera stays open for photos of the items and the sealed box. Add a note if something is off.
- 4
Inspect
A supervisor goes through the new parcels, checks the photos and marks each one Inspected.
- 5
Search and export
Find any parcel by tracking number, check a whole list at once, or export the log to Excel or PDF.
Packers record, owners stay in control
Each business has its own account. The owner decides which team members can use Parcel Packer, and only the owner can delete records or change tags, so a packer can’t quietly remove a parcel.
| Task | Team member | Account owner |
|---|---|---|
| Scan and record parcels, take photos, add notes | Yes | Yes |

| Mark parcels inspected | Yes | Yes |

Everything in one parcel log
- Barcode scanning: with the phone camera, for recording and for searching.
- Photos with every parcel: several per parcel, taken in the same camera screen as the scan.
- Inspection: mark parcels inspected, see who checked them and when, and filter what’s still unchecked.
- Multi-search: paste up to 1,000 tracking numbers and see which are missing.
- Tags: one tag per parcel for the shop, client or batch, with a count for each.
- Duplicate flags: tracking numbers recorded more than once are marked in the log.
- Notes: add a remark to any parcel, such as a damaged item or a short shipment.
- Excel and PDF export: for a date range, tag or inspection status.
- Private to your business: parcels and photos are only visible to your own logins. Photos are never public links.
- Works on your phone: in the browser, nothing to install.
